This weekend will be a big one for GRC runners as four will be competing at the legendary Willamette invitational. This is a premier inivite and boasts one of the fastest courses of the season. The names of the GRC runners in the Wil. Invite will be: Joshua Kratzer, Brian Rockenboch, Sam Scothmer, and Kevin Blount. Make sure to look for them in the results page.
Also Jerry Ziak and I will be heading to Toronto to partake of our first marathon. While Jerry hopes to solidify a sub 2:14 marathon I will be aiming at a 2:34. If interesed you can watch it LIVE at cbcsports.ca
